Statium Privacy Policy

MintyGum LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Statium mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

To provide you with real-time football scores and personalized updates, we collect the following types of information:

• Usage Data: When you access the App, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, your mobile device type, your mobile operating system, the IP address of your mobile device, and unique device identifiers (Device ID).
• Preferences: We store data regarding your favorite teams, leagues, and notification settings locally on your device or linked to your account to personalize your feed.
• Purchase History: If you subscribe to Statium Premium, we store the expiration date and status of your subscription via our provider, RevenueCat. We do not store your complete credit card details; these are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Statium App.
• To notify you about changes to our service.
• To send you real-time match notifications (goals, cards, results) based on your preferences.
• To provide customer support.
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the App.
• To monitor the usage of the App and detect technical issues.

3. Service Providers & Third Parties

We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

• Google: Used for backend infrastructure, authentication, and analytics.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase validation.
• Sports Data Providers: We utilize third-party APIs to fetch live scores and statistics. These providers do not have access to your personal user identity.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. International Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. As MintyGum LLC is a Delaware-based company, data is primarily processed in the United States.
